Buck`s Drive-In in Saltville

Used to have excellent burgers n fries but the burgers are super small and fries a bit soggy but the price is cheaper.....its an ok value but I'm more of a quality guy all in all it is an ok value but I went thinking I was getting one of their legendary dinner plate sized burgers like back in the day ... Was my first visit in maybe 15 years so alot has changed

Food was good. Service sucked! Very slow

Great food. Great service. Best hotdog anywhere. Onion rings taste as great as they smell. Custard completes your meal.

Like revisiting the past. I, like many from this area,have been here countless times. This is real food; paper wrappers, toothpicks holding them closed, hotdogs, burgers, and yes, fries or tots as well as other favorites. You don't drive up and talk to a box no, you drive up, get out of your car and walk to the window and tell a live person what you would like and wait, not long, but it it is worth it.

Hands down will not find a better Burger in this area

#treatyourself Buck's Drive-In has been part of my life for a very long time I have always loved the food at Buck's Drive-In. Make sure to try one of their milkshakes while you are there. Maybe you can make Buck's Drive-In a new family tradition every week. If you're passing through and need something to eat why not stop by and get you a good hot dog or cheeseburger trust me it's worth the stop.

Best fries and shakes! Always been a favorite of mine and now my kids love it!

Who would have thought the food would be so good at some side of the road place? I had a hot dog and my co worker had a fish sandwich. They were both amazing.

Some of the best food and Shakes ole Saltville has to offer. Makes me nostalgically feel the shakers are still around.

Consistency is key...and Bucks never fails to give us that hometown homemade taste we love. The Maiden Familys chili should be world famous!

Absolutely amazing. Bring cash because they dont accept cards. But its worth it.

Hot dogs are banging. Onion Rings two thumbs up . Service rocks with a smile. Old style walk up order wait for number to be called . Well worth the wait and priced very good.

This place is great! Good hamburgers and dogs, friendly staff. It is a drive-in, but there are tables outside (which are clean). Best tater-tots I ever had! Very reasonably priced, cost less than $23 to feed family of four which includes ice cream and drinks. Next time I'm going to try the rib-eye steak sandwich.

It had been a while since we had eaten there. They where really good years ago, but the cheese burgers were awful made from frozen burger patties. Fries and tater tots under cooked and vanilla coke tasted like they used pancake syrup.

Call in my order and it's always ready when I get there

I was on an all Day motorcycle ride stopped in for a chilly burger. What a great place! An old fashioned drive inn just the way it used to be. The chilly was loaded with sweet Caramelized onions it was to die for!

Great hotdogs

Buck's Drive-In is a great place to get a quick, delicious meal that's always served with a smile. I've been visiting this establishment for many years, and I have never had a negative experience. There are not many restraunts like this remaining, so a visit to Buck's will not only satisfy your appetite, but it will take you back to a day when life was much simpler. I highly recommend it as part of the family outing! I guarantee you won't regret it!

Good food, average prices and as stated it is a drive in so there is no seating.

We had dinner at Buck's Drive-in after hiking in Channels State Forest. We had our dog with us, so needed somewhere we could bring him so a drive-in seemed like a good spot. The food was surprisingly good and very inexpensive. I had a cheese-steak, my wife had a double cheeseburger and our dog Alex had his own hot dog. Everything was great, though I think Alex may have enjoyed his hot dog the most! With sides and drinks, it was only around $14 (they don't take credit cards though). Although there's no where to eat inside, they picnic tables so we didn't have to eat in the car. Overall, this is a great little spot and I'd definitely eat here again if in the area. Cheaper than chain fast food places and a lot better food.

Best cheese burger I have ever had...GREAT hotdogs

Haven't been to Saltville in a long time. Was looking forward to eating here, nothing like it used to be. Small burgers, wilted lettuce, gave me tots instead of onion rings. The Coca Cola did hit the spot though.
